If you are having problems with your Chromebook after reading over this page please fill out the Tech/Support Request Form

Having troubles signing into your Chromebook? Try these possible fixes

  1. Restart your Chromebook - this fixes over half of all Chromebook problems
  2. Check that the keyboard didn't change languages on you. It should say US in the lower right corner. If it says BE, you need to change it by clicking on it

Other info for login help

Your user name is your student ID number

Your password currently is set to your birthday with a lowercase x at the beginning, and a captial X at the end. For example if your birthday is September 8, 2009, then your password for logging into your Chromebook will be x090809X.
